Job Description
- Should have good hands-on experience in setting up and creating Grafana Dashboards using different types of Data sources.
- Correcting or Modifying the existing Dashboards as per user requirement.
- Good hands-on experience in Grafana Upgradation.
- Experience in integrating Grafana with different tools like Zabbix, Databases, PagerDuty, Dynatrace etc
- Proactive monitoring of infrastructure via Zabbix monitoring solution.
- Escalations and follow up with other technical teams.
- Prepare and maintain documentation , Reports for identified tasks.
- On time Escalation and Reporting of alerts as per Incident management process.
- Sound knowledge on architecture of Zabbix and Grafana tools.
- In depth experience in installing , configuring and maintaining Grafana.
- Experience in Data visualization and creating Grafana Dashboards to display time-based data plots.
- Administration knowledge on configuring monitoring for numerous parameters of Network, Servers, Virtual appliance, applications, services, databases, websites, cloud etc
- Experience in integrating Zabbix to other 3rd party tool.
- Use of Scripts in Zabbix environment.
- Experience in creation, modification of monitoring templates, items and notifications.
- Thorough knowledge on SNMP and API based monitoring on Zabbix
- Hands on experience in the day-to-day operations, Repair of Zabbix crash, Zabbix DB issues and Performance tuning.
