Candidate should have good experience in Service Delivery Management especially on SAP Engagement
Should have good exposure on Incident Change and Problem management space
Good experience in Project Compliance and QMS Audit
Good understanding on Project Financials and pricing tool
Good exposure in people management skills
Should have adequate client handling skills preferably international clients
Should have excellent communication and presentation skills
Responsibilities
Own and manage service delivery OLA /SLA achievement with high level of customer satisfaction Manage Application Support Delivery Team including responsibility for Level 1 Level 2 and Level 3 support
Monitor overall performance of services and timelines.
