Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the process of preparation of monthly financial statements of all Group companies including consolidation on accounts.

- Ensure adherence to FSCP and other SOP of all verticals under accounts function and implement best accounting policies across all entities of the Group.

- Maintain banking relationships and oversee daily treasury operations.

- Support budgeting and forecasting efforts and prepare monthly and quarterly variance analysis and corrective actions to assure budgeted goals are achieved.

- Act as chief SPOC for statutory and internal audits and ensure preparedness for annual and quarterly audits for the Group.

- Responsible for timely and accurate filing of all direct and indirect tax returns and lead annual tax audit of the Group

- Perform collection function and maintain DSO.

- Assure the stability, security, and use of the ERP system Group-wide. Keep software releases up-to-date and identify opportunities/lead efforts to more fully integrate the ERP system into all facets of company operations.

- Issue Purchase orders, review capital purchase requests for management approval, maintain supporting documentation.

- Negotiate annual and recurring service contracts and coordinate with external and internal stakeholders to ensure price optimisation.

Desired Skills and Experience :

- Chartered Accountant with 10+ experience in assurance services and experience of accounting and consolidation

- Demonstrated experience in large group consolidation audits and IPO preparation of companies.

- Excellent communication skills
