Head of Business
Location - Delhi NCR
The role, reporting to CEO, will drive revenue growth for the consumer retail verticals, including offline retail,digital and tele verticals
Role & Responsibilities :
- Lead user and revenue across consumer verticals, with emphasis on new user acquisition, retention and revenue generation
- Lead delivery of retail vertical P&L, Initiate, own and drive business objectives and key initiatives
- Design and implement user and revenue growth strategy through new products and services
- Drive customer focus, develop customer lifecycle journey and drive customer success
- Implement cross-selling, up-selling and remarketing strategies across retail channels
- Optimize RoI on the marketing investments across offline and online marketing spend
- Manage customer lifecycle, driving higher patient relief, customer satisfaction and retention;
- Identify gaps & opportunities for service and engagement improvement and implement recommended actions to enhance customer experience.
- Build and sustain a strong customer/patient-centric culture, ensuring top-notch customer service.
- Build and lead a result-oriented, high-performance team
Skills and Experience :
- MBA/ PG with 10-12 years of progressive experience in a service-led retail environment
- 3 years+ experience at a regional/ national business leader with a well known brand
- Significant experience in revenue generation in consumer-facing CPG/ Retail Service brand
- Experience in driving marketing, sales analytics and growth initiatives
- Hands-on experience in designing and driving marketing activities, Offline as well as Online
- Desirable experience in managing significant retail operations
- Strategic thinker with a strong bias for action
- Excellent prioritization and project skills to manage demands with a sense of urgency.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive data-driven decision making
- Strong communication and influencing skills for cross-functional and external interactions.
