Job Description

Below are some of the responsibilities a YouTube marketer is expected to assume in their position:

• Define and implement channel strategy, including long-term goals, go-to-market strategies, and key performance indicators within YouTube\xe2\x80\x99s search engine
• Manage channel content, including live-stream events, digital media assets, social media marketing campaigns, and owned/earned/paid media
• Create, maintain, and promote channel content, including videos and other assets
• Develop and oversee channel community, including channel moderators, marketing managers, and network of channel partners
• Manage and enforce channel policies and guidelines
• Supervise channel operations, including staffing, facilities, and equipment
• Develop channel marketing strategy and implement tactics, including paid and organic search, social, and display advertising
• Manage channel communications, including social media, blogs, and other owned/earned/paid media
• Oversee channel business analytics, including reporting, analysis, and optimization
• Develop and implement channel budget

Job Qualifications and Skill Sets Below are the qualifications expected of a YouTube marketer:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in digital marketing, communications, ecommerce, or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably at an agency or in-house
• Expert knowledge of social media marketing, including paid and organic channels
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Creative eye for design and video content
• Excellent time management and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 920,000.00 - 925,000.00 per month Schedule:

• Day shift
• Morning shift
