Stipend: INR 120,000 per month Language requirement: Written and spoken fluency in your native language and English.

Location: PAN India. Location will be allocated basis project requirement.

Expected Start date: 2 months internship in summers of 2024

We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for post-graduates with sharp business acumen who are willing to experience internship assignments in varied businesses of GSK Pharma. The Projects are of critical importance in delivering business objectives and have been carefully hand-picked to provide our interns the right mix of challenge and on-ground reality. As you work with different teams/leaders you\xe2\x80\x99ll develop a range of essential business skills, whilst also building a deep understanding of the pharmaceuticals industry.

In the sales rotation, you\xe2\x80\x99ll likely work in a customer-facing role. This will give you invaluable first-hand experience of working out in the field, interacting closely with Healthcare Professionals and clinics to share important information with them about our products and to deliver excellent customer service. If you strive for high impact delivery, take responsibility and are great at building relationships, you\xe2\x80\x99ll thrive in our talented sales team.
You may also get to work in a brand or customer marketing rotation. During this time, you might look at brand activity plans or help to deliver globally aligned marketing campaigns for different customer groups. You\xe2\x80\x99ll also need to gather insights into customer and patient preferences and understand which factors influence overall sales. All this calls for strong analytical skills, an ability to work cross-functionally and a good understanding of our patients
