Job Title: Workshop Supervisor We are seeking a skilled Workshop Supervisor to oversee the manufacturing process in our workshop. As a Workshop Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of workers and ensuring that they work efficiently to meet production targets. You should have expertise in the same field as our company, Haus of Homez, and be knowledgeable about the manufacturing process of modular kitchens, wardrobes, and furniture. Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the manufacturing process in the workshop
- Be conversant with the estimation process
- Ensure that production targets are met
- Supervise a team of workers and ensure that they work efficiently
- Schedule and assign tasks to workers
- Maintain inventory of materials and supplies
- Ensure that all safety procedures are followed
- Train new workers and provide ongoing training for existing workers
- Identify areas for improvement in the manufacturing process and implement solutions
- 4+ years of proven experience as a Workshop Supervisor or similar role
- Experience in the manufacturing process of modular kitchens, wardrobes, and furniture
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage and motivate a team
- Knowledgeable with the Estimation Process
- Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations
- Ability to identify areas for improvement in the manufacturing process
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in a relevant field is a plus.

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
