Summary: As a Workplace Management and Solutions Practitioner, you will provide expertise and general administrative space and service support for Accenture people and businesses globally. A typical day may involve collaborating with various teams to ensure efficient service delivery, addressing inquiries, and implementing solutions that enhance workplace experiences. You will engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and contribute to creating a productive work environment, ensuring that all operational aspects run smoothly and effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate communication between teams to ensure alignment on service delivery objectives. - Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for workplace management. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Apple macOS Management. - Strong understanding of workplace service delivery processes. - Experience with troubleshooting and resolving macOS-related issues. - Familiarity with inventory management and asset tracking systems. - Ability to provide training and support to users on macOS functionalities. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Apple macOS Management. - This position is based at our Noida office. - A any graduate is required.
