Job Description


Participate and/ or lead project teams during the implementation of Workday. This individual would work directly with key HR stakeholders from across the globe providing inputs on system capabilities as well as taking over the project related tasks. Responsible for prioritizing and delivering global requests for Core HR, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent Performance, Learning, US Payroll, Reporting People Analytics, Data Migration and Integrations Manages project deliverables within set deadline with high quality deliverables Leads continuous improvement efforts by making recommendations for relevant processes, tools and methodologies by staying updated with current trends and market best practice Project management people manager experience Conducting regular audit and expected to constantly monitor future HRIS system needs and act as a technical advisor in the design of new or the modification of existing systems to meet changing requirements Serves as a primary contract for Core project team and leads solutions by aligning different global teams Responsible for creation of internal documentation to capture system process. Also, support in change management activities like preparing training, user guides, process maps, governance model and other support materials This individual is expected to have hands-on experience of different Workday modules Structured way of working and ensuring proper documentation, communication and testing the solution before deployment. Bring creative, smart solution acceptable to the internal and external stakeholders Ability to make intelligent risk assessments, navigate through complex situations and to understand complex problems and limitations (both technical and non-technical) Excellent organisational skills and the ability to understand, align and deliver complex projects. The Experience You ll Need: 7-10 years Human Resources Information Systems experience with at least 3-5 years of Workday lead experience Workday certificates - Project Management, HCM, Recruiting, Compensation or Integration (preferred). Proven experience in successful deploying and managing technical HR Systems MBA or Bachelor s degree preferred or equivalent work experience from a reputed institute Advance knowledge of HR process and experience of working with global team Experience of working in post-production environment Demonstrated customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
