Job Description

• Minimum 5+ years\' of relevant experience leading and deploying Workday implementations, supporting Workday Post Production / AMS Services, or as a client of Workday.
• Deep knowledge of Workday Core HCM, Core HR/Compensation/Absence/Time Tracking/Learning/Talent /Payroll Interface on Workday.
• Ability to lead medium to large projects (acquisition, phase X, etc.) for the full project lifecycle in areas(s) of expertise\xe2\x80\x93 from initial scoping/planning, discovery, design, testing, and go live.
• Ability to be effectively and actively engaged on multiple, parallel projects of all sizes in both supporting and implementation roles.
• Ability to prioritize and organize work to ensure overall timeliness and quality standards with no supervision. Ability to effectively manage against timelines, deadlines, and goals.
• Demonstrated commitment and achievement to delivery excellence and client satisfaction; strong client focus with the ability to understand client needs and build relationships.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and colleagues in a remote working environment.
• Strong consulting skills and a proven ability to influence a wide variety of audiences. Proven consultative skills to guide client and internal discussions to agreement of solutions in a timely manner.
• Willingness and ability to mentor and\xe2\x81\x84or manage other consultants.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to adapt to frequent change.
