Minimum 5+ years\' of relevant experience leading and deploying Workday implementations, supporting Workday Post Production / AMS Services, or as a client of Workday.
Deep knowledge of Workday Core HCM, Core HR/Compensation/Absence/Time Tracking/Learning/Talent /Payroll Interface on Workday.
Ability to lead medium to large projects (acquisition, phase X, etc.) for the full project lifecycle in areas(s) of expertise\xe2\x80\x93 from initial scoping/planning, discovery, design, testing, and go live.
Ability to be effectively and actively engaged on multiple, parallel projects of all sizes in both supporting and implementation roles.
Ability to prioritize and organize work to ensure overall timeliness and quality standards with no supervision. Ability to effectively manage against timelines, deadlines, and goals.
Demonstrated commitment and achievement to delivery excellence and client satisfaction; strong client focus with the ability to understand client needs and build relationships.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and colleagues in a remote working environment.
Strong consulting skills and a proven ability to influence a wide variety of audiences. Proven consultative skills to guide client and internal discussions to agreement of solutions in a timely manner.
Willingness and ability to mentor and\xe2\x81\x84or manage other consultants.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to adapt to frequent change.
