Would support global users and define, develop, and maintain Global HR system. Also responsible for handling complex Projects, Act as the single point of contact to the business for the functional area represented, they facilitate interaction and coordination between various workstreams. Your Job: The individual is expected to have hands-on in Workday modules Recruiting, Core & Advanced Compensation Workday Certification in the above modules is added advantage. Relevant experience of 5+ years in Workday system Experience. Advance knowledge of HR process and experience of working with global team Build and manage relationships with HR stakeholders /Leaders across the globe to influence and advise the best use of Workday out-of-the-box tools and features. Identify system gaps for Global as well as regional process. Experience of working in post-production environment. Identify the new Workday enhancements, functionalities. Impact Assessment Technical and Functional Leadership Documentation & taking affirmative decisions Other Responsibilities: Ability to work in diverse, fast-paced environment and effectively collaborate across teams Ability to juggle multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously Ability to identify and analyze areas of risk and develop plans to minimize Excellent communication and presentation skills, presenting to a room of senior stakeholders. Experience in Project delivery, Agile practices, and DevOps.
