Description:

As a Ways of Working (WOW) Coach, you play an integral role in building the capabilities of teams across Telstra to adopt Agile Practices in order to accelerate the delivery of business and customer outcomes. You thrive off working closely with members of our cross-functional teams to arm them with the right knowledge, tools and training they need to adopt Agile, shift their behaviours and unlock the potential of Agile ways of working.

Responsibilities

  • As a WOW Coach, you leverage your expertise in Agile and other Ways of Working methodologies, coaching and team dynamics to deliver the following responsibilities:
  • Leverage expertise and experience with WOW methodologies to coach and embed principles and artefacts within teams to support adoption of ways of working and optimise productivity across Telstra.
  • Authentically collaborate with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to define and refine coaching plans informed by agile maturity assessments and observations of a team\xe2\x80\x99s adoption of ways of working.
  • Lead WOW coaching initiatives with teams (e.g. hands on demonstrations, training, inductions) that support and empower team members to adopt WOW principles and practices (e.g. tools and software like Confluence) and develop the capability of individual team members to deliver WOW practices.
  • Support innovation and continuous improvement on ways of working through facilitating forums and conducting agile experiments uplift WOW capabilities (e.g. Kanban, Human Centred Design, Scrum, Lean).
  • Recognized as a champion of WOW Practices across Telstra, including being sought out by others to provide this expertise to continuously improve development and delivery lifecycles, and support with the adoption of Telstra\xe2\x80\x99s Agile journey.
  • Leverage strong interpersonal skills to partner with other WOW Coaches, business and technology delivery teams in order to influence them to leverage WOW principles and practices in the planning, design and execution of projects to accelerate the delivery of business and customer outcomes.
  • Contribute to or lead continual development of WOW resources that results in the development of shared organisational knowledge of methodologies, roles and processes that supports the integration and embedding ways of working across Telstra.
