Title :- Wire Cut Operator - Tool Room

Experience :- Minimum 3+ Years as a Wire Cut Operator

Job Location :- Kosamba, Surat, Gujarat.

Knowledge of setting up, operating and maintaining wire EDM machine to produce parts and components with complex shapes and precision. Should have knowledge of set up and programming of EDM equipment to ensure proper functioning when making precision parts. Hand of experience in operating wire EDM machine, programming knowledge using software. - Knowledge of CAD. Shall be responsible for executing the job as per drawing, GD & T knowledge, 2D programming. Fixture design for complicated jobs for wire EDM machine. Measuring instrument knowledge. Knowledge of 5S, safety and autonomous maintenance. Hands on experience in wire-cut, EDM & Spark. Required for machining including EDM sparking and drill machine. Ability to simple CAD drawings using AutoCAD or similar CAD software. Knowledge of good understanding of metals to be used from a range of metals and alloy based on properties such as hardness and heat treatment. Strong leadership and interpersonal skill. Min 3 years of experience in sheet metal press tool mfg. industry. Min ITI machinist with EDM CNC programming course.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
