Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Provide

L1 support

for Windows servers, desktops, and IT infrastructure. Perform

installation, configuration, and maintenance

of Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) environments. Administer and troubleshoot

Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy Objects (GPOs)

. Manage

user access, security permissions, and group policies

. Support and troubleshoot

Office 365 / Microsoft 365 services

(Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint). Perform

patch management, server hardening, and updates

. Troubleshoot and resolve

system performance issues, hardware failures, and application errors

. Handle

backup, restore, and disaster recovery procedures

. Monitor and maintain

server health, logs, and alerts

using monitoring tools. Provide

technical guidance and mentoring

to L1 team members. Collaborate with

L2/L3 teams

for escalated issues and new deployments. Ensure compliance with

IT security standards and company policies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in

Computer Science, IT, or related field

.

2-5 years of hands-on experience

in Windows system administration. Strong knowledge of

Windows Server OS (2016/2019/2022)

and

Windows 10/11

. Proficiency in

Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPOs, WSUS

. Good understanding of

network protocols (TCP/IP, VPN, LAN/WAN, Firewalls)

. Familiarity with

virtualization platforms

(VMware/Hyper-V). Exposure to

cloud technologies

(Azure / AWS) preferred. Relevant certifications

MCSA, Microsoft Certified:

are an advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹219,670.90 - ₹400,000.00 per year
