Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Windows Administrator with 4 to 6 years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, including Windows Server and Windows 10.
• Proficiency in managing Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS.
• Experience with virtualization technologies, such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Familiarity with networking concepts, protocols, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Certifications in Microsoft technologies (e.g., MCSE) are a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows-based operating systems and applications.
• Monitor system performance and ensure 24/7 availability and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to network connectivity, hardware, and software.
• Perform regular system backups and ensure data integrity.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
• Implement security measures to protect systems from external threats and unauthorized access.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute system upgrades and migrations.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users.
• Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices in system administration.
