Wherehouse.io is a smart D2R (Direct to Retailer), helping brands to move closer to their customers enabling faster and better deliveries and accelerating business growth. We make distribution easier for brands, and help them to be on the path of building the next ITC, Marico or HUL.
We are looking for someone to drive growth at Wherehouse.
As a regional sales manager, your journey will look like this :
- Create a funnel of distributors across multiple FMCG categories.
- Appoint distributors for different areas for General Trade, Modern Trade
- Negotiate margins and performance levels
- Lead the reconciliation and PnL
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in Delhi-NCR in a similar role/Area Sales Manager
- Strong grip on onboarding and managing distributors
- Understanding of complete primary and secondary sales cycle
