B2B sales, marketing and strategic analysis are important aspects of the position, along with exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to close deals. The ideal candidate has experience researching market trends, targeting relationships and using proven methods to develop our business strategy while retaining marketing partners.Roles and Responsibilities Prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing and following up on leads and appointment setting for sales team Initiates lead/demand generation strategies that include inbound/outbound sales and marketing campaigns and initiatives Initiates and participates in new business pitches with sales team and subject matter experts and own follow-through with the lead prospect Providing consistent, concise, accurate internal and external communications Effectively communicate and present Mantra's products, solutions and value proposition to customers and prospects Providing consistent, concise, accurate and timely weekly/monthly sales lead gen activity reports to management Working collaboratively in a team environment and independently Assist in preparing concise, targeted proposals and contracts Developing and maintaining strong relationships Supervise the preparation, issuance, and delivery of sales materials, exhibits, and promotion programs
Key Performance Indicators
Out bound lead generation / On-boarding new partners Establishing partner network and various products/solutions integrations Market reach and brand awareness Support to channel partner network if required
Skills Required
Candidates with prior business development with minimum 3 years of experience Ability to develop strategies for the successful introduction and growth of different offerings and to implement these strategies.
