Work Model: Hybrid Description Join GlobalLogic, to be a valid part of the team working on a huge software project for the world-class company providing M2M / IoT 4G/5G modules e.g. to the automotive, healthcare and logistics industries. Through our engagement, we contribute to our customer in developing the end-user modules\' firmware, implementing new features, maintaining compatibility with the newest telecommunication and industry standards, as well as performing analysis and estimations of the customer requirements. Requirements Qualifications: - Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, or Information Technology). - 10+ Years Proven experience in implementing and configuring WFO software solutions. - Strong understanding of contact center operations, including workforce management, quality management, and analytics. - Proficiency in WFO software platforms is a plus. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to evolving client requirements. Your expertise in configuring and implementing WFO solutions will contribute to the success of both clients and the consulting firm. Job Responsibilities Job Summary: As a WFO Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding organizations in the successful implementation of Workforce Optimization solutions. Your role will involve collaborating with clients to understand their specific business needs, configuring WFO software to meet those needs, and providing training and support to ensure the successful adoption of the technology. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality WFO solutions that improve operational efficiency and workforce productivity. Key Responsibilities: 1. Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, operational challenges, and specific requirements related to workforce optimization. 2. Solution Design: Develop customized WFO solutions based on client requirements, utilizing available WFO software tools and modules. Design and configure WFO software to meet client needs, including forecasting, scheduling, quality monitoring, and reporting. 3. Implementation: Lead the implementation process, ensuring a smooth transition to the new WFO system. Configure and customize software settings, workflows, and integrations as needed. Conduct system testing to validate functionality and performance. 4. Training and Support: Provide comprehensive training to client staff on how to use WFO software effectively. Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to address any issues or concerns that arise during implementation. 5. Project Management: Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful WFO implementation. Communicate project progress to clients and internal stakeholders. 6. Documentation: Create detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and workflows for reference and future maintenance. 7. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in workforce optimization. Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend enhancements to clients\' WFO strategies. 8. Client Relationships: Foster positive client relationships by providing exceptional service, understanding their needs, and addressing their concerns effectively.
