Role : Data/Product Analyst

Responsibilities :

1. Development, improvement, and maintenance of organizational analytics platform and Visualization tool (Power BI)

a. Collate data from multiple different sources into a structured database that is meaningful and easily usable (ETL)

b. Brainstorm with business stakeholders to develop daily, weekly, and monthly analyses to assist in data-driven decision making

c. Streamlining and automation of data pipelines and process flows to ensure rapid turnaround time for analytics and visualization and maintenance of Dashboard (Power BI)

2. Statistical Analysis of user-app interactions and patient medical history and logs

a. Significance testing to show the impact of the app on patient lifestyle and health

b. Segmentation of patients to facilitate targeted marketing and engagement

c. Quantifying patient health improvements based on app usage and engagement

3. Work with business stakeholders to identify areas that require attention and Facilitate corrective and prescriptive action using data and technology.

Requirements :

1. Proficient in the ETL process, Tableau, R, Excel, Python, VBA, SQL, Power BI

2. 3+ years of work experience in the field of data analysis and Business Intelligence.

3. Possess knowledge of statistics

4. A Basic understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and its stakeholders

5. Excellent communication skills and the ability to synthesize action items from abstract discussions
