Job Description

Welder - Key Responsibilities

Read and interpret

blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols

Perform welding using processes such as

MIG, TIG, Arc (SMAW), and Gas welding

Set up, operate, and maintain

welding equipment and tools

Ensure

strong, clean, and accurate welds

according to specifications Inspect welded joints for

defects and quality compliance

Follow

safety procedures

, including use of PPE Repair and rework defective welds when required Maintain a

clean and safe work area

Work with different metals such as

steel, stainless steel, and aluminum

Fitter - Key Responsibilities

Read and understand

engineering drawings and fabrication plans

Measure, mark, cut, and shape materials using

hand and power tools

Assemble and fit

metal parts, pipes, structures, or machinery

Align components using

levels, squares, and precision instruments

Check dimensions and tolerances for accuracy Assist welders during fabrication and installation Perform trial assembly and make adjustments as needed Follow

workplace safety standards

Maintain tools and equipment in good condition

Common Responsibilities (Both Roles)

Adhere to

quality standards and safety regulations

Work as part of a

team

to meet production targets Report defects, hazards, or equipment issues Follow supervisor instructions and job schedules

Pay: ₹9,014.38 - ₹28,381.81 per month
