Key Responsibilities
Reading & Interpreting Documents:
Analyzing blueprints, technical drawings, and written instructions to understand project requirements.
Material Preparation:
Cutting, grinding, and cleaning metal surfaces to prepare them for welding.
Welding Operations:
Using various welding equipment and techniques (like , , and arc welding) to fuse metal parts together in different positions (flat, vertical, overhead).
Quality Control:
Inspecting welded components to ensure they are free from defects and meet industry specifications and standards.
Equipment Maintenance:
