The Role Responsibilities Job Role As a Digital Webmaster, you will manage, maintain, optimize and improve Standard Chartered website according to business requirement from various retail stakeholders. You will manage web content updates, support scheduled web content publishing to meet all business requirements. You will ensure that all content updates follow the web operating model and is completely align with SC Group Web Management standards and guidelines. You will also work with our technology team to expand our presence through the design and implementation of new web-based applications that will positively impact our customers\' experience. Strategy Responsibilities that are related to the development and implementation of a strategy, for example, Awareness and understanding of the Group\'s business strategy and model appropriate to the role. Business Responsibilities related to the delivery of business and / or financial objectives, for example, Awareness and understanding of the wider business, economic and market environment in which the Group operates. Processes Reference the processes for which the Role Holder is responsible, as per the Operational Risk Framework definition of first / second line, for example, Responsible for executing and supervising the Budget process. People and Talent Lead through example and build the appropriate culture and values. Set appropriate tone and expectations from their team and work in collaboration with risk and control partners. Ensure the provision of ongoing training and development of people, and ensure that holders of all critical functions are suitably skilled and qualified for their roles ensuring that they have effective supervision in place to mitigate any risks. Employ, engage and retain high quality people, with succession planning for critical roles. Set and monitor job descriptions and objectives for direct reports and provide feedback and rewards in line with their performance against those responsibilities and objectives. Responsibility to review team structure / capacity plans. Risk Management Responsibilities relating to identifying, assessing, monitoring, controlling and mitigating risks to the Group, as well as an awareness and understanding of the main risks facing the Group and the role the individual plays in managing them. For example -The ability to interpret the Group\'s financial information, identify key issues based on this information and put in place appropriate controls and measures. All responsibilities under the Risk Management Framework - both execution and supervisory - should be referenced, for example, Act as the [Process] risk control owner under the Group\'s Risk Management Framework (including relevant Operational Risk Framework ownership for [Liquidity] risk. Governance Responsibilities relating to the direction, planning, structure, frameworks (e.g. processes and policies) and oversight. For example, Responsible for assessing the effectiveness of the Group\'s arrangements to deliver effective governance, oversight and controls in the business and, if necessary, oversee changes in these areas Awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework, in which the Group operates, and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role. Regulatory and Business Conduct Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group\'s Values and Code of Conduct. Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters. Exercise authorities delegated by the Board of Directors and act in accordance with Articles of Association. Our Ideal Candidate Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Computer Science or related field. 2 - 3 years of relevant experience. Hands-on expert level Technical Skills required Manage and implement on-going content updates according to business requirements including loading of marketing campaign pages, daily information such as fees and interests rates, update to product offerings, or regulatory alerts and notices. Discover, diagnose, and report Web site problems, including broken links (both internal and external), typographical errors, and formatting inconsistencies. Work closely and communicate with stakeholders on content update requests requirement to ensure smooth and timely implementation. Strong command of web templates and web technologies including responsive and adaptive HTML templates, CSS and JavaScript. Perform cross device and cross browser testing to ensure web UI and functionality work accordingly to design. Ensure content update request is per Group Web management guidelines and best web practices. Hand-on experience with all of the following - WordPress, Google Webmaster Tools, GA. Ensure content update request is performed in timely manner per SLA. Other skills required High degree of responsibility. Business level proficiency in English in both verbal and written is necessary. Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to interact with business representatives. A fundamental understanding of UX / UI principles with a high attention to details. Build relationship with various kind of stakeholders, such as Product, Marketing, Corporate Affairs, etc. The proven ability to work under pressure with multiple requests coming in from multiple stakeholders in short period of time. Good understanding of web standards including W3C, typography and iconography. Good understanding of SEO principles and ensuring that the applications will adhere to them.
