Job Description

We are looking for a Web Development - Project Associate to join a team of individuals with creative and technical skills to create various website projects for our clients. Someone who has the ability to look at a web project and be able to think through the whole solution and then lead the entire life of the project, from conception to final project delivery. The work can be particularly varied with many projects to work on simultaneously, and meetings with clients to discuss their requirements, find relevant solutions and move projects ahead. \xe2\x80\x8b Location: Bengaluru \xe2\x80\x8b Role & responsibility:

• Active participation in all projects assigned to oversee, utilize effective project and time management skills to manage multiple websites, web-based application and CMS projects (Shopify & Wordpress being primary)
• Coordination with the internal project teams, including copy, design, development and marketing disciplines
• Effective project timeline planning and execution to ensure projects are delivered within committed schedule and at high quality
• Develops Web solution by understanding objectives; planning project life-cycle deliverables and resource availability and application; leading the exploration, evaluation, and design of technical solutions.
• Implements Web solution by monitoring project progress; tracking action items; conducting design and implementation reviews; examining, researching, and resolving issues; escalating issues to appropriate authority; responding to team members\' concerns; coordinating requirements with interested departments.
• Assures quality Web solution by developing and completing test plans; maintaining project and technical documentation.
• Accomplishes work requirements by orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching employees; following production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; identifying work process improvements
• UpdatesCoordinate with designers, developers and project managers for progress

Requirements You are the one we are looking for if you have:

• Proven work experience of 1-2 years in Web Development Project Planning & Execution.
• Experience of working on projects related to Wordpress and/or Shopify.
• Supremely organized and able to work under tight deadlines; time management skills are essential.
• Provide technical architecture in relation to new project discovery, design, development, and deployment.
• Knowledge of User Experience & User Interaction theory & implementation.
• Multitasking and analytics skills
• Good time-management skills
• In addition to this, the ideal candidate will have a real passion for translating a company\xe2\x80\x99s messaging into compelling websites and take a consultative approach to make this happen.
• Hands-on experience of the disciplines involved in the project \xe2\x80\x93 the same is true for web projects.
• The ability to keep their team motivated and focused on producing quality work while shielding them and let them work their magic.
