Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Manage the collection, measurement, reporting, and analysis of web behavioral data across the portfolio of
Saadia brands
? Work closely with E-Commerce, UX, and Product teams to identify data capture opportunities and
collaboratively implement improvements
? Partner with cross-functional team to develop and support reporting to inform decision making
? Team-up with IT, Marketing and Operations team to help identify and mend data gaps, source issues, and
data inaccuracies
? Prioritize research based on the analysis of existing processes, business needs, goals and risks
? Guide and own analysis of A/B testing, cross-functional prioritization process, test execution
? Maintain a pulse on the current site experience to constantly identify opportunities, use data for
recommendations to optimize and capitalize on areas of opportunity in real time
? Perform rapid and thorough data analysis to uncover insightful and actionable results that drive tactical and
strategic business decisions
? Own communication of results, insights, and next steps to stakeholders
? Serve as subject matter expert on all digital medium analytics and measurement tools staying current on latest
trends in web measurement strategies and guide cross-channel attribution methodology
? Lead the identification and implementation of emerging digital technologies to support marketing and
ecommerce initiatives
? Support and audit tagging so as to align with business measurement objectives
QUALIFICATIONS:
? 3 years' experience with web analytics (Google Analytics, Adobe/Omniture) and tag management tools
? Understanding of campaign tracking, website data collection, related tools and technologies, and relevant
industry-wide topics
? Experience with dashboard development using BI tools (e.g. Tableau, DataStudio, Looker, etc.). Experience
writing SQL (Big Query a plus)
? Change agent who frames problems, identifies solutions, and establishes structures and processes to plan
and manage change
