We are looking for a Web Analyst with a passion for gaining insight into web data, tracking performance trends, and analyzing user behavior. Successful candidates will be analytically curious and looking to drive continuous measurement with the goal of increasing visitor engagement and opportunities for site conversion. Core responsibilities include measuring global web site performance and page engagement, analyzing user behavior, and providing insights and recommendations that drive actions. Duties and Responsibilities Analyze behavioral web analytics data to deliver insights and make recommendations for web site optimizations Interpret historical web site data to identify trends and areas of opportunity Conduct and present analyses to help identify testing and personalization opportunities for campaigns and across the site, determining what content is driving more engagement at specific touchpoints and furthering the user journey Develop, maintain, and distribute ongoing reporting to monitor global site performance and drive actionable business decisions Identify and report on relevant KPIs by region and automate key reports and dashboards for global business insights Provide general support and troubleshooting assistance for analytics reporting Identify areas of opportunity for web behavior and engagement tagging/tracking across the global sites Train and support business stakeholders on using Adobe Analytics and other tools to enable self-service while ensuring consistency and accuracy in data interpretation Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices and the evolving web analytics landscape Requirements/Qualifications Bachelors from a four-year college or equivalent. A degree in analytical/economic/business management/marketing disciplines is preferred Good knowledge of English, written and spoken 4+ years of experience leveraging web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics for web reporting, analysis, and insights Experience using MS PowerPoint to create presentations that provide insights and drive action Experience with A/B Testing and site personalization strategies preferred Experience leveraging visual page analysis/heat map solutions such as Contentsquare, Clicktale, or Glassbox is a plus Experience using BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI or Qlik is a plus Salesforce experience is a plus Understanding of SEO and SEM basics Must have strong quantitative analysis skills Ability to communicate data and analysis in a clear and concise manner An intellectually curious, proactive thinker with excellent problem-solving skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, managing change and adjusting to shifting priorities Careful attention to detail and follow through Thorough in both planning and execution High energy with a strong work ethic The ability to work independently, be self-motivated and results-oriented
