Communicating IT project details and concepts. Decomposing abstract into details. Understand change management implications and manage them Exposure to OOP, SQL, Backend-Development, SDLC. Use Cases, prototype development, product development. Soft Skill : Self-motivated and diligent in executions. Excellent verbal and written skills Strategic thinking and good presentation skills Leadership qualities, and team worker Co-operative nature, hard-working, dedicated and a pleasant personality.
