Your Job Profile as a Windows Server/ Wintel Admin with AWS

Wintel System Administrator is responsible for handling support of service requests in a professional and timely manner. This relates to all technology, to include workstations, servers, printers, networks, and vendor specific hardware and software.

Duties and Tasks of Your Particular Role

• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
• Troubleshooting hardware and operating system issues
• Raid, Disk Management and Image Creation
• File and Print Server administration
• Patch Management
• Backup and Restore Management
• Server Monitoring, Migration and Deployment
• Active Directory administration
• Windows Server Builds and Decommissions
• Deep understanding of virtualization technology, Troubleshooting skills and File
  Servers.
• Experience working on Windows Server 2003,2008,2012,2016
• PowerShell experience
• Azure / AWS and O365 administration experience
• Excellent Knowledge windows Server\xe2\x80\x99s performance and Troubleshooting
• Network Administration: - Basic working knowledge of L2 Switch configuration stacking and VLAN Provisioning as well as problem identification and troubleshooting. Coordinating with L2/L3 Network Administrator.
• Incident, Problem and Change management as per the ITIL Standards.
• Monitoring and management of system alerts and notifications and response as
• Communication with customers as required keeping them informed of incident
  progress, notifying them of impending changes, and agreed outages.
• Write well designed, efficient, and readable process documentation following technical documentation standards
• Support and maintain existing Wintel infrastructure adhering to SLAs
• Drive customer communication during critical events

• B.Tech Computer Science / MCA

Years of Experience

• 7 Years to 12 Years

You Must Have

• Expertise in installing, configuring, migrating, performance tuning, troubleshooting, security, failover and load management Window\xe2\x80\x99s servers in various environments like, Windows Server 2008 and Windows Server 2012,2016 platforms and setting up the development, testing and production environments
• Expertise working on Azure Cloud services like AKS,
• Knowledge of power shell scripting, tools like terraform, Ansible
• Expertise in Kubernetes and Docker.
• Expertise in handling all the Exchange administration tasks and relevant support experience for managing exchange infrastructure
• Excellent troubleshooting skills on Windows Based Systems & Servers (Preferably remote administration) with strong knowledge in Windows 2012 and Windows 2016 Server Operating System and related Services (essential)
• Excellent knowledge on Microsoft Active Directory and associated services.
• Strong knowledge on ITIL framework
• Good Communication Skill (Oral & Written)
• Certifications are a PLUS: MCSE, CCNA Network+, Security+
