- Handling all Civil Purchase activities.
- Checking of requisitions/purchase indents.
- Selection of suppliers for the issue of inquiries
- Planning of raw materials on monthly basis according to the customer's requirements.
- Search new vendors regularly.
- Responsibilities for pre-tender works included, Quantification for As-built drawings.
- Risk register, reports to the client on a fortnight basis.
- Preparation of Bill of Quantities for Civil, BOQ Wetting as per drawing and client requirements.
- Conducting post-bid negotiation meetings, preparing Tender reports & issuing vendor recommendations.
- Collating quotes from the vendors, preparation of Cost estimate, preparation of cost comparison & bid clarification.
- Cell phone reimbursement

- Monday to Friday
- Yearly bonus
- Quantity surveyor: 2 years (Preferred)
