About

Commercial Card is a part of the Wholesale Banking Product offering corporate clients full range of B2B Card offering around Employee Travel, Supplier Payments, Corporate Travel, Statutory Payments and SCF. The Business is divided in 3 functions i.e Product, Sales and Alliances. This team drives innovation/solutioning/alliances/sales around the B2B Payment offering through Commercial Cards to clients across all Coverage Segments (including CBG), Branch and NTB Clients.

About the Role

Commercial Cards- Product Sales Manager: To drive the Commercial Card Business of the coverage segments assigned (including CBG), Branches and NTB clients

The CC PSM will be responsible for delivering individual segmental budgets in terms of revenue, new client onboarding, spends, limit set-up.

The Role will also extensively demand internal stakeholder management across Coverage, Product, BSG, IT, Branches, Operations etc.

Key Responsibilities

\xef\xbf\xbd Responsible for achieving the overall Business KRA\xef\xbf\xbds

\xef\xbf\xbd Responsible for managing the mapped client base to deliver on the business goals

\xef\xbf\xbd Internal Stakeholder management across Coverage, Product, BSG, IT, Branches, Operations, Underwriting, Risk, Policy and Compliance team

\xef\xbf\xbd Regular engagement with the stakeholders of the respective mapped segment in Coverage to drive commercial card penetration in their respective portfolios

\xef\xbf\xbd Need based positioning of the Commercial Cards Products across the client base.

\xef\xbf\xbd Acquiring of the Clients for Commercial Cards

\xef\xbf\xbd Deepening of the Commercial Cards product within the mapped client base.

\xef\xbf\xbd Cross Sell of CMS products to the mapped Commercial Card Clients.

\xef\xbf\xbd Delinquency management

\xef\xbf\xbd To have an in-depth understanding of the Commercial Cards products and processes.

Qualifications

Optimal qualification for success on the job is:

\xef\xbf\xbd Post Graduate in Business Management

\xef\xbf\xbd Understanding of the Commercial Card business.

\xef\xbf\xbd Alteast 5-7 years\xef\xbf\xbd work experience. Cards/Commercial Cards experience preferred.

\xef\xbf\xbd Should be result oriented and willing to deliver on the business/client requirements

\xef\xbf\xbd Possess a fair understanding of Cards System and Processes

\xef\xbf\xbd Ability to work effectively across functions

\xef\xbf\xbd Have strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and inter-personal skills

\xef\xbf\xbd Ability to work as a part of team and contribute towards team goals

\xef\xbf\xbd Ability to deliver under high pressure environment

\xef\xbf\xbd Should be flexible in thought process and display agility in day to day work

\xef\xbf\xbd Should have knowledge and be able to work on MS PowerPoint and MS Excel
