Investigating claims to determine validity and root causes of issues. ensuring timely and accurate resolution maintaining compliance with company policies Ensuring that warranty repairs are carried out to the customer's satisfaction. Managing warranty cases, including claim settlement, investigation, and meticulous documentation. Generating reports and analyzing warranty data to identify trends, potential product issues, and areas for improvement.
