Job Description

Supervise day-to-day warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching of materials. Ensure timely loading and unloading of goods. Maintain accurate records of all warehouse transactions. Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits. Coordinate with the procurement and sales teams for stock replenishment. Identify discrepancies and report losses or damages. Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to ensure efficiency and safety. Plan and allocate work schedules and monitor performance. Maintain discipline, attendance, and morale among team members. Ensure warehouse operations comply with company policies and safety regulations. Conduct regular inspections for cleanliness, safety, and equipment maintenance. Implement and monitor safety measures to prevent accidents or damages. Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and returns
