Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch
Ensure timely inbound and outbound movement as per SLA and customer requirements.
Monitor productivity and optimize manpower deployment.
Ensure accurate inventory control and stock reconciliation.
Conduct cycle counts and support physical stock audits.
Train team on SOPs, safety, and process improvements.
Maintain all warehouse documentation (GRN, Dispatch Notes, Gate Pass, etc.).
Update daily operational MIS and share reports with management.
Coordinate with transporters, vendors, and internal teams.
