Manage receiving, storage, and dispatch of raw materials and finished goods
Maintain proper stock rotation to avoid spoilage and wastage
Plan and supervise loading & unloading activities
Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock checks
Investigate and report stock variances
Coordinate with production and procurement teams
Maintain warehouse hygiene, cleanliness, and pest control
Ensure proper temperature and storage conditions
Prepare records for audits and inspections
Train staff on safety, hygiene, and SOPs
Monitor attendance and productivity
Ensure proper handling of food products
Prepare daily and monthly warehouse reports
Coordinate with logistics and transport vendors
