Job Description

The Dispatch executive handles all the operations & recordkeeping of the company's warehouse. Good inward outward, invoicing, labour coordination, logistics coordination etc are all under his scope. The DE should enjoy working in a warehouse operation role, have good understanding of excel, tally & have great team handling skills.Responsibilities:

• Ecommerce Dispatch * DE is responsible for all invoicing, packing, recordkeeping & handling of operations & shipping of ecommerce orders. * Offline Orders Dispatch & recordkeeping * Responsible for Billing, dispatch, all documentation work for dispatch & transport, payment collection, sales bill, purchase bill, party ledger accounts entries in Tally 9. * Stock keeping. * Inventory maintenance, Dispatch, Stock Valuation work experience is must. * Finished goods Inward recordkeeping. * Recordkeeping & correct documentation of all goods that come into the warehouse. * Once it's inwarded, ensures correct placements labelling of the goods. * Management of Warehouse helpers. * Raw material inward & outward * Warehouse Management

Minimum Qualifications:

• Excellent command over MS Excel. * Knowledge of entries & billing in tally. * Experience of dispatch of stores work.
