Monitoring of warehouse cost on monthly basis.

• Monitoring and analysis of warehouse operation with key deliverables on day-to-day basis.
• Daily Monitoring of receipt and dispatch of all Hindalco product irrespective of Aluminium and Copper for all South Region warehouses.
• Daily co-ordination with Marketing, Plant Team, Transporters, Customer as per need base.
• Prepare key reports pertaining to daily stock, truck TAT, rejection inward, etc.
• Coordinate to stock transfer as per Marketing advise from Plant / Warehouse to other warehouse to cater customer requirement.
• Close coordinate with Plant Logistics / Marketing / IT Team in case of rejection, transit damage etc.
• Coordination with the marketing team for dispatch of material.
• Coordination with Accounts & finance for compliance & statutory requirements of warehouses.
• Taking initiative in the immediate resolutions of service issues/complaints.
• Preparation of MIS report / analysis on Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly basis as per requirement.
• Tracking of shipments with help of GPS devices.
• Coordination with ERP team for smooth invoicing.
• Proper usage of Video Analytics, monitoring day to day operations of the warehouses.
• Coordination with WMS Team for implementation and smooth functioning of system.
