Job Description
Key Deliverables: Responsible for Overall function of the warehouse and its team members Planning, coordinating and monitoring the receipt, order assembly and dispatch of goods Provide superior customer service for internal and external customers and partners Internal to organization: Employees, Internal Departments External to organization: Customer, Vendors, Responsibilities Prime Responsibilities Ensuring efficient utilisation of space and mechanical handling equipment, ensuring quality, budgetary targets and environmental objectives are met. Study Logistics requirement for ODC and prepare cost estimate for the same System oriented and planning for continuous improvement of all warehouse related process. keeping stock control systems up to date and ensuring inventory accuracy Motivating, organising and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure productivity targets are met. Producing regular MIS reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Prepare Project Specific Packing & Marking Instructions Maintaining standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in the work environment, for example, ensuring that stock such as chemicals and food are stored safely
