Location: Gurgaon, Ahemdabad, Guwahati, Indore, Ghaziabad, Lucknow
Education Qualifications: Graduate with any stream
Experience: Must possess an experience of minimum 1 yrs
Salary: As per Industry standards
Skills Required
Should have good analytical and presentation skills of the data.
Should have working knowledge of MS Office, E-mails and WMS including internet navigation, and various office applications
Good knowledge of Logistics/ 3PL Industry.
Good Interpersonal & Communication skills
Responsibilities and Duties:
Day-to-Day recording and analysis of stock movements in and from the warehouse to delivery location.
Maintain all details of service level agreement (SLA) with clients.
Creating and maintaining reports in Excel & software that allows the customer and company to get periodical information on all the activities in warehouse /Transportation pertaining to their business.
Creating MIS/ Dashboard report and presenting it to the concern Department.
Follow up and collection of POD`s with locations and Collect all data from respective persons.
Submission of POD`s and signed trackers to billing department.
Possess capability of doing Multi Tasks if situation demands
Manage the security and availability of data services, and measure the performance of MIS in the systems
Should have deep knowledge of the various formulas of Microsoft Excel, apart from basic formulas like vlookup, sum, countif etc.
Should be good with MS Office specially Power Point and Word along with MS Excel.
Downloading data from Systems and mapping the same as per the requirement,
Preparing Daily, Weekly & Monthly MIS Reports
Coordinating with different teams for the data and checking its accuracy.
Preparing presentations, Graphs and analytical reports.
Prepare Ad-hoc analysis on operations data upon requests.
Should be flexible, can work in different shifts and rotational offs
