Warehouse Associate
Job Description
Responsibilities: Receive incoming shipments and check them against order details. Inspect items for damages or defects and report issues. Accurately pick items for orders based on packing lists. Pack orders securely for consignment. Keep track of inventory levels and assist with stock checks. Organize warehouse space efficiently. Prepare outgoing shipments with proper documentation. Coordinate with stores for timely dispatch. Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area. Report any quality or safety concerns. Key Skills: Thorough attention to detail Organization and time management skills Ability to perform well under pressure Familiarity with inventory management systems Ability to work well with suppliers, customers and other team members Active listening skills Interpersonal skills Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Physical fitness for lifting and moving packages. Attention to detail and accuracy. Basic computer skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Willingness to work flexible hours if required.
