: Manager Warehouse and Logistics - Furniture Business : Manage & coordinate all Furniture suppliers, for material despatch, arrange transport, including shipping & receiving, inventory management, warehousing & transportation functions. Utilize continuous improvement strategies & ensure transportation & distribution policies are aligned with the company's overall business plan. Oversee day-to day inward, order picking, packing, distribution & transportation operations Ensure highest standards are achieved in the Warehouse in areas of safety, personnel, efficiency, & product quality and SLAs/ TATs. Coordinate with cross functional team for effective management of Warehouse space and material movement. Coordinate with Online / Ecommerce team for despatch of stock with in TAT Coordinate with Pan India Depot Mangers for effective utilisation of Furniture space, optimum inventory and optimise the freight cost by proper route planning. Coordinate with the transporters and 3 PL vendors for effective / timely reverse logistics pick up from Customer and ensure stocks are in warded in system with TAT Work within cross-functional teams to investigate service failures & develop, implement, & monitor appropriate corrective & preventative action. Finance: Ensure Warehouse cost is under the budget Ensure Logistics cost is within the budget Ensure Inventory Accuracy at all Warehouse and ensure daily perpetual and Monthly stock count is made and declared. Ensure Furniture Handling damage is "Nil" Drive consistency & cost reduction through the creation & implementation of standard work. Share the Ageing inventory status on weekly basis Share weekly report on Slow moving and non-moving furniture to business for immediate action. Process, Safety and Compliance: Ensure right furniture stocks available at all Warehouse / Depots Implementation of Kaizen, process improvement Implementation of 5 S at Warehouse Ensure Furniture damage stock rectification is done as per SOP Ensure customer replacements are made on time as per TAT Ensure the Spare parts requirement for customer is serviced on time Set & enforce safety standards. Promote a safe work environment. Coordinate & supervise Fire safety training. Develop and coach the all subordinates and team working in Warehouse. Ensures staff ability to safely operate material handling equipment to move materials to & from storage area. . Ensure compliance with Duroflex safety rules & regulations & good housekeeping practices.
Assist in training & motivating subordinates to enhance current performance. Follow & adhere to all company policies & procedures Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: ?500,000.00 - ?700,000.00 per year Schedule:
