Minimum Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline
Essential Experience: 2-5 years of experience in a related field
Desired Skills:
- Organising students and parents visit at boys\xe2\x80\x99 hostel during admission.
- Making suitable arrangements for newcomers.
- Ensuring safety, security and discipline in boys\xe2\x80\x99 hostel.
- Update attendance register and records of all the hostel inmates on daily basis.
- Check hostel rooms and nearby areas on daily basis.
- Visiting hostel at night and preparing reports.
- Providing support to the inmates during emergency and ensure medical care.
- Resolve the problems related to boys\xe2\x80\x99 hostel.
- Update all housekeeping work and resolve the problems on time to time basis.
- Maintenance and upkeep of hostel furniture and handling complaint register.
- Maintain all administrative and operational work of the hostel.
- Collecting feedback from the parents.
