We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Human Resources Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in supporting our organization's HR functions, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a deep understanding of HR practices, and the ability to manage various HR programs effectively.
Duties
Oversee talent acquisition processes, including recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
Administer employee orientation programs to ensure smooth integration into the company.
Manage employee relations by addressing conflicts and providing guidance on performance management.
Implement strategic planning initiatives related to human capital management and organization design.
Conduct employee evaluations and support training & development efforts to enhance workforce capabilities.
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop succession planning strategies and talent management initiatives.
Facilitate program management for various HR functions, including conflict management and change management.
Utilize data analysis skills for data collection and reporting to improve HR processes.
Requirements
Proven experience in human resources management with a focus on talent acquisition and employee relations.
Excellent negotiation skills with demonstrated experience in conflict resolution.
Experience in supervising teams and managing performance evaluation processes.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to implement process improvements effectively.
Proficient in strategic planning, budgeting, and program management within an HR context.
Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction at all levels of the organization.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
