Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate High School Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemistry, with the ability to inspire and engage students in their learning journey. This position requires effective classroom management skills, a commitment to curriculum development, and the ability to utilize learning technology to enhance educational outcomes.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans in Chemistry. Utilize instructional design principles to create effective teaching materials and assessments. Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration. Manage classroom behavior effectively to maintain an optimal learning environment. Provide individualized support and tutoring for students who require additional assistance. Conduct standardized testing and assess student performance through various evaluation methods. Engage in academic advising and mentoring to guide students in their educational pathways. Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and instructional strategies. Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with parents and guardians.

Experience

Proven experience working with high school students in an educational setting is essential. Strong background in teaching chemistry (including Laboratory Experience, Scientific Research). Experience in curriculum development and lesson planning is highly desirable. Familiarity with learning technology tools for education is a plus. Previous experience in private schools or special education settings is beneficial. Background in education administration or Montessori methods is an advantage. Excellent communication skills are required for effective interaction with students, parents, and colleagues. Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
