As a Food Delivery Executive, you will be the face of our company, responsible for delivering orders to customers in a timely and professional manner. Your role is essential in ensuring our customers receive their food hot, fresh, and in excellent condition. Responsibilities:
Accepting delivery orders through our app and coordinating with the dispatch team.
Picking up orders from partner restaurants and ensuring accuracy and quality.
Safely transporting food orders to customers\' locations using provided delivery equipment.
Need to support filed work marketing like Umbrella Stoll, Offer\xe2\x80\x99s related marketing work.
Adhering to all traffic rules and regulations to ensure safe driving practices.
Managing cash payments and maintaining accurate records, if applicable.
Handling customer inquiries or concerns appropriately and escalating when necessary.
Following set delivery routes and schedules.
Communicating effectively with the support team and reporting any issues or incidents. Requirements:
Valid driver\'s license and a reliable mode of transportation (bike, scooter).
A smartphone with GPS capabilities for navigation.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Customer-focused attitude and strong communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
Familiarity with the local area and traffic patterns.
