We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Drive business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities and expanding existing accounts.
Conduct B2B sales activities, including warm calling and follow-ups to generate leads and close deals.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies that enhance client engagement and drive sales growth.
Utilize Salesforce for tracking account activities, managing pipelines, and reporting on sales performance.
Provide technical sales support by understanding product offerings and effectively communicating their value to clients.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making and improve service delivery.
Lead negotiations with clients to secure favorable terms while ensuring mutual satisfaction.
Prepare regular reports on account status, sales forecasts, and performance metrics for management review.
Requirements
Proven experience in account management or a similar role within technology or B2B sales environments.
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities in managing client relationships and driving team collaboration.
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools for effective account management.
Strong analytical skills to assess market data and make informed recommendations.
Familiarity with marketing strategies that support sales initiatives is a plus.
