Roles and Responsibilities :

a. Understand product portfolio and manufacturing processes of Wakefit

b. Take projects and enable cost savings, enable critical Buy vs Make decisions

c. Lead Business segment and own profitability, cash flow rotation and inventory metrics

d. Leading backward integration projects

e. Identify business drivers and enhance develop new business categories

Ideal Candidate:

a. Engineering (Industrial/Production preferred) from Tier 1 college

b. Masters in Industrial management/ Industrial Engineering preferred

c. 6 to 8 years of quality experience with at least two years in Manufacturing and Sourcing
