Clean, wash, and sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils, and dishes used during banquet events.
Assist with setting up and breaking down banquet kitchens and service stations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of stewarding and banquet back areas.
Ensure all cleaning and sanitation standards meet hotel and health code regulations.
Handle china, glassware, silverware, and kitchen equipment with care to prevent breakage and loss.
Remove trash, recyclables, and food waste from kitchen and banquet areas regularly.
Replenish and organize banquet supplies such as ice, glassware, and utensils as needed.
Assist banquet staff and chefs with basic tasks during event setup and breakdown.
Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor immediately.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience in stewarding, kitchen operations, or banquet service is an asset.
Knowledge of proper cleaning and sanitation procedures.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
