Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and well-maintained before and after each service.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback courteously and promptly.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area.
Upsell menu items and promote ongoing offers or specials.
Process billing and handle payments accurately.
