Greet and seat guests in a warm and courteous manner.
Present menus, explain specials, and answer guest queries about food and beverages.
Take accurate food & beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen and bar.
Serve dishes and drinks efficiently, ensuring correct presentation and portion.
Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive service throughout their dining experience.
Handle guest complaints or requests politely and escalate issues to supervisors when required.
