Job Summary:

We are looking for a well-groomed, courteous, and energetic

Waitress

to provide excellent customer service and ensure a pleasant dining experience for all guests. The ideal candidate should be confident, polite, and passionate about hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and present menus. Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen/bar. Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner. Check on guests to ensure satisfaction and handle requests or complaints promptly. Clear tables and reset them for the next guests. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area. Follow all safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards. Upsell specials and menu items to enhance guest experience. Collaborate with other team members for smooth service operations.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a waitress/waiter preferred (training can be provided). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Well-groomed appearance and positive attitude. Ability to work in a team and under pressure. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays. Basic knowledge of food and beverage items.
