Ensure timely service of food and beverages.
Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints professionally.
Service Operations:
Coordinate with kitchen staff for accurate and timely order delivery.
Ensure table setup, cleanliness, and proper arrangement before and after service.
Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and restaurant promotions.
Process billing and collect payments accurately.
Hygiene & Cleanliness:
Follow FOH hygiene and grooming standards.
Maintain cleanliness of tables, cutlery, and dining area.
Adhere to COVID-19 and general safety protocols.
Teamwork & Coordination:
Cooperate with the FOH and BOH teams for smooth service operations.
Assist in table clearing, restocking, and organizing service stations.
Attend daily briefings and training sessions.
